Our core aims are to: 1) Minimise the carbon footprint in all our developments both during construction and throughout the full life cycle of the scheme. 2) Reduce energy consumption in our schemes by 50% compared to other developments. 3) Maximise the use of renewable energy sources. 4) Achieve BREEAM Very Good rating as a minimum standard. 5) Undertake full sustainability audit during all phases of a development to ensure we maximise potential use for renewable / locally sourced / low embodied energy materials. 6) Reduce waste during construction and operation by at least 50%.
