Modus, the developers of Grand Arcade, have already received planning consent for Phase 3 of the Grand Arcade development, an 18 storey tower is to be built next to the centre in Wigan. The tower block, will house 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure units on the ground floor, and will have 30,000 sq ft of offices and 150 apartments above.
